Dr. Geoffrey F. Gresh

Dr. Geoffrey F. Gresh is Professor of International Security Studies at National Defense University in Washington, D.C., and the author of Leaning Seaward: Japan as a Maritime Great Power and To Rule Eurasia’s Waves. He is also the Series Editor of Palgrave Studies in Maritime Politics and Security and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Strategic Security.
