Dr. Levon Hovsepyan

Levon Hovsepyan, PhD, Head of the Department of Turkish Studies at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, and an Associate Professor at the Chair of Political Sciences at the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University. His research interests focus on Turkish foreign policy, domestic transformations, security, and defense policy. He has authored monographs and articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as Comparative Strategy, Central Asia and the Caucasus, Politics, Religion & Ideology, China Report, Small Wars & Insurgencies, Third World Quarterly, Journal of Southeast European and Black Sea Studies.
