Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma

Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma is an Associate Professor, International Relations at School of Social Sciences, Business and Law, SDU University, Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is also a Governing Body member of New Delhi based think tank, India-Central Asia Foundation. Dr Sharma is a member of Advisory Committee, Centre for International Studies, Management Education & Research Institute (MERI), New Delhi. He is an expert at Project Office for Arctic Development (PORA), a Moscow based think tank. Dr Sharma is part of the Editorial Collegium of PORA’s journal, Arctic 2035: Current Issues, Challenges, Solutions’. His research focuses on security architecture in Eurasia, Central Asia, Afghanistan, Russia and the Arctic.
